   Abstract  Present situation and research trends of military intelligent textiles were discussed.The concept and classification of intelligent textiles and intelligent fibers were introduced.The present situation of intelligent electronic textiles，intelligent color changing textiles，intelligent protective textiles and intelligent gel textiles were emphatically analyzed.The method of combination of literature citation and comparative analysis was taken.Characteristics and advantages of different intelligent textiles were explored and analyzed.It is considered that research and application of military intelligent textiles should be further accelerated to achieve catchup under the principle of supporting military requirements.
