    Abstract  Feasibility of weaving enterprise to realize intelligent production was discussed.Basic conditions of traditional weaving enterprise to achieve intelligent upgrading were analyzed，difficulties in achieving comprehensive intelligence were introduced.It was proposed that through the organization of cooperative development，weaving enterprises had certain feasibility to realize intelligent production，which had advantages in reducing labor cost，improving product quality and production efficiency.It is considered that the implementation of intelligent production by weaving enterprise is in line with development direction of textile industry.
