Abstract: In order to develop warm fabric in winter,influence of the structure on property of hygroscopic heat fabric was researched.Based on the hygroscopic heat property of modified acrylic,six kinds of multi-layer hygroscopic heat woven fabric were designed.Based on fiber selection,fabric weave and weft density,multi-layer fabric structure with conduction-moisture,moisture storage and heating was constructed.The influence of fabric weave on air permeability,thermal resistance,hygroscopic heat,wicking and liquid water management property were analyzed.The results showed that thermal retention property and single guide moisture property were obviously improved by adopting honeycomb weave.The three-layer fabric with honeycomb weave as the inner and outer layer had better thermal retention property and moisture absorption property.The three-layer fabric with two-up two-down right-twill fabric as the middle layer had the best comprehensive property.It is considered that the functional fabric should be designed comprehensively from fiber function,yarn configuration and fabric structure.
